Quinoa Burgers with Dip

Quinoa patties with dip

Preparation

  • Wash the quinoa in a sieve with hot water and then cook according to package directions.

  • Peel and grate the carrots.

  • Finely chop the parsley, onion (1), and garlic (1).

  • Mix all ingredients with the cooled quinoa and form into small patties.

  • Heat some olive oil for frying in a pan and fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
