Quinoa Burgers with Dip
Crispy, hearty, and versatile. These quinoa patties are perfect as a side dish, snack, or finger food. Easy to prepare and ideal for on-the-go or a balanced meal.

Ingredients for approx. 20 patties
- 100 g quinoa
- 80 g grated carrots
- 1 small onion (1)
- 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 3 tbsp fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic (1)
- 30 g rice flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Organic Herb Salt
- 1 jar Organic Vegetable Spread Carrot & Beetroot for dipping

Preparation

Wash the quinoa in a sieve with hot water and then cook according to package directions.

Peel and grate the carrots.

Finely chop the parsley, onion (1), and garlic (1).

Mix all ingredients with the cooled quinoa and form into small patties.

Heat some olive oil for frying in a pan and fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.

Serve with the Organic Vegetable Spread.
