Ingredients for 2 servings
- 60g gluten-free rolled oats
- 300 ml water
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 jar of applesauce (approx. 360g)
- 2 tbsp organic protein spread pumpkin seed & pistachio
- 2 handfuls of pistachios
- 4 tbsp coconut yogurt (1)
- 100g blueberries

preparation
- Cook the oats according to the instructions and season with cinnamon and maple syrup.
- Arrange everything and refine with applesauce, organic protein spread , pistachios, coconut yogurt (1) and blueberries.
