Omelette with mozzarella
No matter what time of day, you can always eat an omelette.

Ingredients for one serving
- 3 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons of milk
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 spring onion (1)
- 1/4 red bell pepper
- Grated mozzarella

- 1 handful of parsley

preparation
- Whisk the egg yolk with the milk and a little organic herb salt .
- Heat the butter in a pan and fry the omelet in it. Then refine it with fresh bell pepper, grated mozzarella, spring onion (1), parsley and organic herb salt .
