Omelette with mozzarella

No matter what time of day, you can always eat an omelette.

Ingredients for one serving

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 4 tablespoons of milk
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 spring onion (1)
  • 1/4 red bell pepper
  • Grated mozzarella

preparation

  • Whisk the egg yolk with the milk and a little organic herb salt .
  • Heat the butter in a pan and fry the omelet in it. Then refine it with fresh bell pepper, grated mozzarella, spring onion (1), parsley and organic herb salt .
