Natural yogurt with fruit
Natural yogurt, pomegranate, grapes, blueberries and passion fruit – this low-histamine breakfast is not only super easy and quick to prepare, but is also packed with valuable vitamins and antioxidants.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- natural yogurt
- 1 pomegranate
- 1 passion fruit / maracuja
- 2 handfuls of grapes
- 2 handfuls of blueberries
- Honey

preparation
- Remove the seeds from the pomegranate, wash the blueberries and grapes.
- Arrange everything on a plate, garnish with passion fruit and enjoy.
- Those who prefer it a little sweeter can also refine the yogurt with some honey.
