Natural yogurt with fruit

Natural yogurt, pomegranate, grapes, blueberries and passion fruit – this low-histamine breakfast is not only super easy and quick to prepare, but is also packed with valuable vitamins and antioxidants.

  • natural yogurt
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1 passion fruit / maracuja
  • 2 handfuls of grapes
  • 2 handfuls of blueberries
  • Honey

  • Remove the seeds from the pomegranate, wash the blueberries and grapes.
  • Arrange everything on a plate, garnish with passion fruit and enjoy.
  • Those who prefer it a little sweeter can also refine the yogurt with some honey.
