Mozzarella and garlic bread

Ingredients
- 1 HistaFood Organic Grain Bread
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic (1)
- 1 red pointed pepper
- 2 mozzarella
- 1 jar of HistaFood Organic Vegetable Spread Zucchini & Basil
- Some fresh basil
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt

preparation
- Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat).
- Mix HistaFood organic grain bread with water and let it stand for 5 minutes.
- Stir again and divide the dough into two parts.
- Shape two oblong baguettes and flatten them slightly.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 40 minutes.
- Meanwhile, wash, clean, and finely dice the bell peppers.
- Peel and finely grate a clove of garlic.
- Mix the garlic clove with 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Slice the mozzarella into thin slices.
- Take the whole-grain bread out of the oven.
- Brush with garlic oil
- Spread HistaFood organic vegetable spread on top
- Top with mozzarella slices
- Sprinkle with paprika and bake for another 10 minutes or so.
- Remove from the oven, season with HistaFood organic herb salt and serve with fresh basil.
