Passion fruit and mint iced tea

The perfect summer drink! This fruity and tart, low-histamine passion fruit and mint iced tea is refreshing and simply delicious.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 300 ml Rooibos tea
  • 50 ml passion fruit juice
  • 1 passion fruit
  • ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • mint
Recipe

preparation

  • Brew the rooibos tea according to the instructions, strain it and let it cool slightly.
  • Then place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  • To prepare: Pour the cold rooibos tea into a glass, adding a few ice cubes if desired.
  • Then refine with maple syrup and passion fruit, and finally top with passion fruit juice and garnish with a few mint leaves.
  • Stir and enjoy.
