Mango Protein Bowl

This low-histamine mango smoothie bowl offers a cool change for breakfast and provides you with many important vitamins and nutrients.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 200 g Mango (1) (Frozen)
  • 150 g vegan curd alternative (1)
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 50g gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed flour
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds (1)
  • 5 g of low-histamine protein powder (e.g., from hemp or flaxseed flour)
  • 100 ml water

  • Blend frozen mango (1), quark, maple syrup, smoothie powder, water and flaxseed meal in a blender.
  • Serve with gluten-free oat flakes, flax seeds and almonds (1).
