Mango Protein Bowl
This low-histamine mango smoothie bowl offers a cool change for breakfast and provides you with many important vitamins and nutrients.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 200 g Mango (1) (Frozen)
- 150 g vegan curd alternative (1)
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 50g gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 tbsp flaxseed flour
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp chopped almonds (1)
- 5 g of low-histamine protein powder (e.g., from hemp or flaxseed flour)
- 100 ml water
Optional topping:

preparation
- Blend frozen mango (1), quark, maple syrup, smoothie powder, water and flaxseed meal in a blender.
- Serve with gluten-free oat flakes, flax seeds and almonds (1).
