Low Carb Zucchini and Ricotta Rolls
These low-histamine zucchini and ricotta rolls with the fruity HistaFood organic vegetable sauce always taste delicious. Just give them a try!

Preparation time
20 minutes + 30 minutes baking time
Ingredients for 2-3 people
- 2-3 large zucchini
- 1 jar of HistaFood organic vegetable sauce
- 1 onion (1)
- 1 clove of garlic (1)
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 400g ricotta
- 100g grated mozzarella
- Salt
- 1 handful of basil
- Olive oil
Preparation
- Wash the zucchini, cut off the stem and the end, and cut into thin strips using a vegetable peeler.
- Pour HistaFood organic vegetable sauce with a little olive oil into a casserole dish.
- Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
- Mix ricotta with onion, garlic, oregano and a little salt.
- Fill zucchini with ricotta and roll them up.
- Arrange the zucchini rolls in the baking dish with the open side facing up.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve with fresh basil.
