Lamb loin with creamed cabbage
Tender lamb loin with creamy cabbage and parsley potatoes – this dish is a real culinary delight.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 8 potatoes
- 2 lamb loins
- 1/2 white cabbage
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 handful of parsley
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
- butter

preparation
- Boil the potatoes for 20-25 minutes, then peel them.
- Meanwhile, cut the white cabbage into thin strips and steam it in a pot with a little cream.
- Wash the lamb loin with cold water, pat dry and sear in a pan with butter for 3 minutes on each side.
- Then place in aluminum foil and continue cooking for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 120 degrees.
- Arrange everything on a plate, season with organic herb salt and garnish with parsley.
