  • Boil the potatoes for 20-25 minutes, then peel them.
  • Meanwhile, cut the white cabbage into thin strips and steam it in a pot with a little cream.
  • Wash the lamb loin with cold water, pat dry and sear in a pan with butter for 3 minutes on each side.
  • Then place in aluminum foil and continue cooking for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 120 degrees.
  • Arrange everything on a plate, season with organic herb salt and garnish with parsley.
