Asian chicken with rice
This low-histamine Asian chicken with rice offers the perfect balance of spicy, sweet, and salty!

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 100g Basmati rice
- 2 organic chicken breasts
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1/2 zucchini
- 2 garlic cloves (1)
- 1 white onion
- Some Thai basil
- A little coriander
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger (1)
- 6-8 tbsp HistaFood organic Asian sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp sesame seeds (1)
- Water

preparation
- Heat some coconut oil in a pan.
- Wash the chicken breast, cut it into small pieces, and fry it in a pan until crispy.
- Then add a finely chopped onion.
- Finely grate the garlic (1), ginger (1) and turmeric and briefly toast them in a pan together with the sesame seeds (1).
- Then add the chopped vegetables and deglaze with water and the organic Asian sauce .
- If necessary, add a little more water and simmer on a low flame for about 15 minutes under a closed lid.
- Season everything with salt.
- Cook the rice according to the instructions.
- Arrange everything on a plate and garnish with some organic Asian sauce , Thai basil and coriander.
