Pumpkin and turmeric soup

This low-histamine pumpkin soup is super easy and quick to prepare and is perfect as a "gentle diet" when the body needs some rest – or to take with you.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 1/2 Hokkaido pumpkin
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 4 tablespoons acerola juice
  • 750ml water
  • Watercress
  • Salt
Pumpkin and turmeric soup

preparation

  • Halve the pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces.
  • Then cook for a good 10 minutes, add turmeric, salt and acerola juice – and blend.
  • Arrange everything on a plate and garnish with watercress.
