Pumpkin and turmeric soup
This low-histamine pumpkin soup is super easy and quick to prepare and is perfect as a "gentle diet" when the body needs some rest – or to take with you.

Preparation time

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 1/2 Hokkaido pumpkin
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 4 tablespoons acerola juice
- 750ml water
- Watercress
- Salt

preparation
- Halve the pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces.
- Then cook for a good 10 minutes, add turmeric, salt and acerola juice – and blend.
- Arrange everything on a plate and garnish with watercress.
