Spelt tagliatelle with broccoli, fried egg and basil butter

These low-histamine spelt tagliatelle with broccoli, fried egg and basil butter
They can be prepared in less than 10 minutes. Simple, but quite tasty and filling.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • Spelt tagliatelle
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/2 head of broccoli
  • 1 pot of basil
  • 2 cloves of garlic (1)
  • Olive oil
  • 50 g vegan butter (1)
  • Organic herb salt

preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Add the broccoli and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, fry the egg yolk in a pan and then sauté the basil and the finely grated garlic (1) in butter.
  • Arrange everything on a plate and garnish with fresh basil and organic herb salt .
