Herbs Celery
You absolutely must try this delicious caramelized herbed celery with goat cheese! It's a real treat both warm and cold!

Ingredients for 1 serving
- Half a medium-sized celery root, peeled and roughly cut into 1 cm thick cubes.
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chopped rosemary
- 1 tsp pine nuts (1), roasted
- 1 tbsp acerola juice
- Young goat cheese
- Olive oil

preparation
- Fry the celery in a large pan with a little olive oil over medium heat on both sides.
- Stir in the rosemary and let it cook for a few minutes, then stir in the honey and the acerola juice.
- Reduce the heat and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the celery is very tender - this will take about 10 minutes in total; if the pan becomes dry, add a little water and continue cooking.
- Serve with pine nuts (1) and goat cheese.
