Cherry semolina pudding with blackberries

A delicious taste of summer: low-histamine cherry semolina pudding with blackberries! This quick, low-histamine breakfast is wonderfully creamy and fruity.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 260 g gluten-free semolina pudding (here rice-based)
  • 150 g frozen cherries
  • 1 handful of blackberries
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • approx. 0.75 l water or rice milk (1)

preparation

  • Cook the semolina pudding according to the instructions, add the cherries and maple syrup, and puree everything.
  • Garnish with a handful of blackberries.
