Cherry semolina pudding with blackberries
A delicious taste of summer: low-histamine cherry semolina pudding with blackberries! This quick, low-histamine breakfast is wonderfully creamy and fruity.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 260 g gluten-free semolina pudding (here rice-based)
- 150 g frozen cherries
- 1 handful of blackberries
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- approx. 0.75 l water or rice milk (1)

preparation
- Cook the semolina pudding according to the instructions, add the cherries and maple syrup, and puree everything.
- Garnish with a handful of blackberries.
