  • 6 Green asparagus
  • 6 colorful pointed peppers
  • 1 pack of oat cream cheese (1)
  • Olive oil

preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
  • Meanwhile, fry the asparagus and bell peppers in a pan with a little olive oil.
  • Drain the pasta water and mix the spelt spirals with the oat cream cheese and organic herb salt .
  • Arrange everything on a plate and garnish with cress.
