- Spelt Spirelli
- 6 Green asparagus
- 6 colorful pointed peppers
- 1 pack of oat cream cheese (1)
- Olive oil
- cress

preparation
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
- Meanwhile, fry the asparagus and bell peppers in a pan with a little olive oil.
- Drain the pasta water and mix the spelt spirals with the oat cream cheese and organic herb salt .
- Arrange everything on a plate and garnish with cress.
