Ingredients for 2 people

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat).
  • Peel the potatoes and slice them.
  • Score the surface lengthwise and crosswise with a sharp knife so that the sauce is absorbed better.
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for approximately 15 minutes.
  • Wash the bell peppers and cut them into small cubes.
  • Remove the potatoes, spread them with HistaFood organic vegetable sauce and season with HistaFood organic herb salt .
  • Then top with corn, bell peppers and mozzarella and bake again for about 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and serve warm.
