How about a low-histamine and gluten-free pizza recipe? This potato pizza is not only delicious, but also quick to prepare and perfect for meal prep.

Ingredients for 2 people
- 4 large potatoes
- HistaFood Organic Vegetable Sauce
- 100g vegan grated mozzarella
- 100g of corn (frozen)
- 1 red bell pepper
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
- Olive oil

preparation
- Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat).
- Peel the potatoes and slice them.
- Score the surface lengthwise and crosswise with a sharp knife so that the sauce is absorbed better.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for approximately 15 minutes.
- Wash the bell peppers and cut them into small cubes.
- Remove the potatoes, spread them with HistaFood organic vegetable sauce and season with HistaFood organic herb salt .
- Then top with corn, bell peppers and mozzarella and bake again for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.
