Yogurt bowl with berries

For a quick and light low-histamine breakfast: a yogurt bowl with berries, chia seeds, rolled oats, almond slivers, and maple syrup. Simple and delicious!

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 300 g coconut yogurt (1)
  • 50g gluten-free rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 50 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 50 g blackberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp almond slivers (1)
Recipe

preparation

  • Pour the coconut yogurt (1) together with the berries into a bowl, then top with oat flakes, chia seeds and almond slivers (1).
  • Sweeten with maple syrup if desired.
