Millet and blueberry cake
Today we've prepared a cake recipe with millet and delicious blueberries. This moist and fluffy cake is low in histamine, gluten-free, vegan, and simply delicious!

Preparation time
5 minutes + approx. 40-45 minutes baking time
Ingredients
- 200 g apple puree
- 100g millet flakes
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 200 ml gluten-free oat milk (1)
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 50 g rice syrup
- 100 g wild blueberries (frozen)

preparation
- Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat).
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
- Line a baking tin with baking paper and spread the dough evenly in it.
- Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 40-45 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, let cool and serve.
Our HistaFood tip
For a topping, you can mix together a cream made from almond butter (1), vegan cream cheese (1), and a little maple syrup and serve it with the cake. Fresh blueberries also go perfectly with it.
