Cucumber and carrot salad

Ingredients for 1-2 people 

  • 1 cucumber  
  • 2 carrots  
  • 1 onion (1)  
  • Some sesame (1)  
  • Some fresh parsley  

Cucumber and carrot salad: histamine preparation 

  • Wash the cucumbers and carrots and grate them into thin slices.  
  • Peel and finely chop the onion.  
  • Wash and finely chop the parsley.  
  • Mix all ingredients well in a bowl and serve.

You can add any vegetables you like to this salad. How about thin strips of bell pepper or pieces of fennel?
