Ingredients for 1-2 people
- 1 cucumber
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion (1)
- Some sesame (1)
- Some fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp HistaFood Organic Asian Sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
preparation
- Wash the cucumbers and carrots and grate them into thin slices.
- Peel and finely chop the onion.
- Wash and finely chop the parsley.
- Mix all ingredients well in a bowl and serve.
