Semolina pudding with blueberry sauce

Ingredients for 2 people

semolina pudding

  • 500 ml gluten-free oat milk (1)
  • 250 ml water
  • 100g gluten-free rice semolina
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup

blueberry sauce

  • 200g frozen blueberries
  • 1 pinch of vanilla (1)
  • 4 tablespoons of water
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

preparation

  • Boil blueberries with vanilla, water and maple syrup until the blueberries thaw.
  • Remove from heat and let cool.
  • Bring the oat milk, water and maple syrup to a boil with the rice semolina, stirring constantly.
  • Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • Place the semolina pudding in a bowl and spread some blueberry sauce on top.
  • Cut HistaFood organic grain bars into small pieces and place them on the semolina pudding.
  • Serve warm or cold, as desired.
