Semolina pudding with blueberry sauce

Ingredients for 2 people
semolina pudding
- 500 ml gluten-free oat milk (1)
- 250 ml water
- 100g gluten-free rice semolina
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
blueberry sauce
- 200g frozen blueberries
- 1 pinch of vanilla (1)
- 4 tablespoons of water
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Topping
- 1 HistaFood Grain Bar (cut into small pieces)

preparation
- Boil blueberries with vanilla, water and maple syrup until the blueberries thaw.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Bring the oat milk, water and maple syrup to a boil with the rice semolina, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Place the semolina pudding in a bowl and spread some blueberry sauce on top.
- Cut HistaFood organic grain bars into small pieces and place them on the semolina pudding.
- Serve warm or cold, as desired.
