Gluten-free seeded rolls
With this recipe, you can conjure up some crispy, delicious, gluten-free, and low-histamine rolls. You can top them with pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, or low-histamine nuts, as you like.

Ingredients for 10 rolls
- 260 g rice flour
- 220 g gluten-free oat flour (1)
- 2 tsp cream of tartar baking powder (1)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 30 g ground psyllium husks
- 30 g apple cider vinegar (1)
- 20 g ground flaxseed
- 570 g water
- Salt

- Chia seeds
- linseed

preparation
- Preheat oven to 225°C (top/bottom heat).
- Mix all ingredients together and stir with a spoon to form a sticky dough.
- Prepare the toppings in bowls and mix some of the toppings into the batter if you like.
- Sprinkle the work surface with rice flour and form about 10 rolls from the dough.
- Brush the rolls with water and roll them in a topping.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Then reduce the heat to 200°C (top/bottom heat) and bake for another 40 minutes.
- After 20 minutes you can cover the rolls with baking paper to prevent the toppings from getting too brown.
- Take the bread out of the oven and serve it, for example, with one of our spreads.
