Vegetable noodles with broccoli and cream cheese
These low-histamine vegetable noodles made from zucchini and carrots are perfect for a low-carb dinner. Just add some cream cheese and basil. Delicious!

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 1 zucchini
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 head of broccoli
- Olive oil
- Plant-based cream cheese (1)
- 1-2 cloves of garlic (1)
- basil

preparation
- Steam the broccoli for about 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, spiralize the zucchini and carrot into noodle shapes and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil, organic herb salt and finely crushed garlic.
- Arrange everything on a plate and garnish with some plant-based cream cheese (1) and fresh basil.

For a low-fructose version, simply omit the carrots and garlic.
