Vegetable noodles with broccoli and cream cheese

These low-histamine vegetable noodles made from zucchini and carrots are perfect for a low-carb dinner. Just add some cream cheese and basil. Delicious!

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 head of broccoli
  • Olive oil
  • Plant-based cream cheese (1)
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic (1)
  • basil

preparation

  • Steam the broccoli for about 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, spiralize the zucchini and carrot into noodle shapes and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil, organic herb salt and finely crushed garlic.
  • Arrange everything on a plate and garnish with some plant-based cream cheese (1) and fresh basil.

For a low-fructose version, simply omit the carrots and garlic.
