Vegetable stir-fry with meatballs and yogurt sauce

This low-histamine vegetable stir-fry with meatballs and yogurt sauce is quick to prepare and simply delicious.

Ingredients for 2 servings

For the pan

  • 250g fresh minced beef
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 pointed pepper
  • 4-6 fresh mushrooms (1)
  • 1 onion (1)
  • 1 spring onion (1)
  • Olive oil
  • 200ml water

For the yogurt sauce

  • Form small balls from the minced meat and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil until browned on all sides.
  • Meanwhile, chop the vegetables and add them, sauté briefly, then deglaze with about 200 ml of water and simmer with the lid closed.
  • For the yogurt sauce, mix the natural yogurt (1) with olive oil, pressed garlic (1) and some organic herb salt .
  • Arrange everything on a plate and enjoy.
