Vegetable stir-fry with meatballs and yogurt sauce
This low-histamine vegetable stir-fry with meatballs and yogurt sauce is quick to prepare and simply delicious.

Ingredients for 2 servings
For the pan
- 250g fresh minced beef
- 1 zucchini
- 1 broccoli
- 1 pointed pepper
- 4-6 fresh mushrooms (1)
- 1 onion (1)
- 1 spring onion (1)
- Olive oil
- 200ml water
For the yogurt sauce
- 250 ml natural yogurt (1)
- 1 clove of garlic (1)
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt

preparation
- Form small balls from the minced meat and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil until browned on all sides.
- Meanwhile, chop the vegetables and add them, sauté briefly, then deglaze with about 200 ml of water and simmer with the lid closed.
- For the yogurt sauce, mix the natural yogurt (1) with olive oil, pressed garlic (1) and some organic herb salt .
- Arrange everything on a plate and enjoy.
