Grilled peach

You absolutely must try this dessert with grilled peaches! It's quick to prepare and deliciously fruity – and can also be made in a pan.

This recipe is 

  • vegan
  • suitable for a low-histamine diet  
  • gluten-free  
  • lactose-free  

Preparation time 

15 minutes  

Ingredients for 1-3 people  

  • 2 peaches  
  • 4 tbsp Gluten-free oat cream cheese (1)  
  • 4 tablespoons rice syrup  
  • Chopped pistachios  

Grilled peach

preparation 

  • Wash, halve and pit the peaches.  
  • Sear on both sides on the grill.  
  • Mix oat cream cheese with rice syrup  
  • Remove the peaches from the grill and fill them with gluten-free oat cream cheese (1).  
  • Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve.

You can also serve the peaches with some almond butter (1) or pistachio butter.
