Frozen yogurt drops
It's getting warmer and warmer, and we have the perfect recipe to help you cool down! These vegan frozen yogurt drops are super fruity and also low in histamine and fructose.

Preparation time
10 minutes + 2-3 hours freezing time
Ingredients
- 200g frozen wild blueberries
- 200 g coconut yogurt (1)
- 3 tablespoons rice syrup
- 1 HistaFood Organic Berry Bar

preparation
- Mix wild blueberries, coconut yogurt and rice syrup and blend with an immersion blender.
- Line a plate with baking paper and place small spoonfuls of the mixture onto it.
- Finely chop the HistaFood organic berry bars and distribute them over the drops.
- Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
- Remove from the freezer and consume immediately.
Our HistaFood tip
If it doesn't have to be low in fructose, then you can also try the drops with mango (1), blackberries or other tolerated fruits.
