Flammkuchen with minced meat and goat cheese

It's tarte flambée time! This low-histamine tarte flambée with minced meat, goat cheese and a hint of rosemary is quick to prepare and simply always delicious.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 300 g spelt flour
  • 50 ml olive oil for frying
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 250 g fresh minced beef
  • 1 young goat cheese, here a goat cheese log (1) – Caution: often white/noble mold on the outside (2), please test carefully, cut off the edge if necessary or use fresh goat cheese
  • 2 pointed peppers
  • 1 onion (1)
  • 1 pack of cream cheese
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 1 handful of cress (here radish cress)

preparation

  • Mix the spelt flour together with the frying olive oil, salt and a little water until the dough is medium firm.
  • Roll out the dough nice and thin.
  • Fry the minced meat in the pan with the remaining oil for 2-3 minutes.
  • Then spread with cream cheese and top with minced meat, goat's cheese roll (1), onion (1), rosemary and bell pepper.
  • Then bake in the oven for another 20 minutes or so.
  • Garnish with a little cress.

This tarte flambée is also delicious as a vegetarian option with diced potatoes instead of minced meat. You can also use our organic herb salt for seasoning.
