Creamy potato gratin
Tenderly cooked potato slices in a mildly spicy cream sauce, topped with melted cheese – this gratin is just as good as a side dish as it is as a main course with a fresh salad.

Ingredients for approximately 4 servings
- 900 g potatoes
- 200 ml cream
- 200 ml milk
- 1–2 tbsp organic vegetable broth
- 125g mozzarella or any other cheese of your choice

- Preheat oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat).
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices about 3 mm thick.
- Mix the cream and milk with the organic vegetable broth .
- Layer the potato slices evenly in a casserole dish and pour the cream-milk mixture over them.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella or cheese - or bake without baking at all.
- Bake for approximately 45 minutes, until the potatoes are soft and the cheese is golden brown.
- Let it cool briefly and enjoy – creamy, satisfying, simply delicious! 💛
