Burrata with blackcurrant dressing

This creamy, soft, low-histamine burrata with blackcurrant dressing and spring onions is not only a delicious appetizer, but also fits perfectly on the breakfast table.

  • 1 spring onion (1)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • For the dressing, mix the currant juice, olive oil, salt and honey and pour onto the plate.
  • Add the burrata and garnish with spring onion and sprouts. A delicious roll or bread goes perfectly with this.
