Blackberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 2 tbsp gluten-free rolled oats
  • 150 g blackberries (frozen)
  • 300 ml gluten-free oat milk (1)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 tsp rice syrup
  • 2 tbsp HistaFood organic protein spread
  • 4 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons of pistachios for garnish

preparation

  • Allow the frozen berries to thaw slightly in a bowl.
  • Blend gluten-free oat flakes, gluten-free oat milk (1), chia seeds, rice syrup and organic protein spread in a smoothie maker or with a hand blender until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a cereal bowl.
  • Top with pumpkin seeds and pistachios and enjoy immediately.

You can use blueberries instead of blackberries. The oat milk can also be replaced with coconut milk (1).
