Blackberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 2 tbsp gluten-free rolled oats
- 150 g blackberries (frozen)
- 300 ml gluten-free oat milk (1)
- 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 tsp rice syrup
- 2 tbsp HistaFood organic protein spread
- 4 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds for garnish
- 2 tablespoons of pistachios for garnish

preparation
- Allow the frozen berries to thaw slightly in a bowl.
- Blend gluten-free oat flakes, gluten-free oat milk (1), chia seeds, rice syrup and organic protein spread in a smoothie maker or with a hand blender until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a cereal bowl.
- Top with pumpkin seeds and pistachios and enjoy immediately.

You can use blueberries instead of blackberries. The oat milk can also be replaced with coconut milk (1).
