Baked apple with coconut yogurt

Ingredients  

Baked apple with coconut yogurt

preparation  

  • Wash the apple, halve it, and remove the core.  
  • Sprinkle with coconut blossom sugar and bake in an air fryer or oven at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes until the apple is soft.  
  • Take the apple out of the oven  
  • Arrange coconut yogurt on a plate and distribute the apple, cinnamon, pumpkin seeds, HistaFood organic protein spread and HistaFood organic oat cookies on top.
