Asian rice salad

This low-histamine Asian rice salad is easy to prepare and perfect for taking with you.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 150 g Basmati rice
  • 2 pointed peppers
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 onion (1)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (1)
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 4 tbsp organic Asian sauce
  • 2-3 sprigs of Thai basil
  • 1/2 bunch of coriander
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

preparation

  • Cook the rice according to the instructions.
  • Meanwhile, chop the vegetables into small pieces and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil.
  • Then mix the rice with the fried vegetables and combine with the organic Asian sauce , salt and finely chopped herbs.
  • Arrange everything on a plate and enjoy.
