Asian rice salad
This low-histamine Asian rice salad is easy to prepare and perfect for taking with you.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 150 g Basmati rice
- 2 pointed peppers
- 1 zucchini
- 1 onion (1)
- 2 cloves of garlic (1)
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 4 tbsp organic Asian sauce
- 2-3 sprigs of Thai basil
- 1/2 bunch of coriander
- Olive oil
- Salt

preparation
- Cook the rice according to the instructions.
- Meanwhile, chop the vegetables into small pieces and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil.
- Then mix the rice with the fried vegetables and combine with the organic Asian sauce , salt and finely chopped herbs.
- Arrange everything on a plate and enjoy.
