Asian Carrot Salad
This low-histamine Asian carrot salad is always a hit and is a great salad alternative when you need something quick.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 2-3 large carrots, peeled
- 50 ml acerola juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp sesame oil (1)
- 1 tsp HistaFood Organic Asian Sauce
- 2-3 sprigs of fresh coriander
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (1)

preparation
- Wash and peel the carrots.
- Using a vegetable peeler, cut lengthwise into very thin, wide strips.
- Mix the carrots with acerola juice, maple syrup, sesame oil and organic Asian sauce .
- Serve with fresh coriander and toasted sesame seeds.
