Asian Carrot Salad

This low-histamine Asian carrot salad is always a hit and is a great salad alternative when you need something quick.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 2-3 large carrots, peeled
  • 50 ml acerola juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (1)
  • 1 tsp HistaFood Organic Asian Sauce
  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh coriander
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (1)
Recipe

preparation

  • Wash and peel the carrots.
  • Using a vegetable peeler, cut lengthwise into very thin, wide strips.
  • Mix the carrots with acerola juice, maple syrup, sesame oil and organic Asian sauce .
  • Serve with fresh coriander and toasted sesame seeds.
