Apple-cinnamon porridge
This low-histamine porridge is perfect for a cozy winter breakfast and ensures an energetic start to the day.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 200g gluten-free rolled oats
- 500 ml rice milk
- 2 apples
- 1/2 pomegranate
- 2 handfuls of pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp rice syrup

preparation
- Simmer the gluten-free oat flakes together with the rice milk, 1.5 chopped apples and the cinnamon for about 10 minutes.
- Then arrange it together with the remaining apple, pomegranate seeds and pumpkin seeds.
- Refine with rice syrup and a little more cinnamon.
