Apple-cinnamon porridge

This low-histamine porridge is perfect for a cozy winter breakfast and ensures an energetic start to the day.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 200g gluten-free rolled oats
  • 500 ml rice milk
  • 2 apples
  • 1/2 pomegranate
  • 2 handfuls of pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp rice syrup

preparation

  • Simmer the gluten-free oat flakes together with the rice milk, 1.5 chopped apples and the cinnamon for about 10 minutes.
  • Then arrange it together with the remaining apple, pomegranate seeds and pumpkin seeds.
  • Refine with rice syrup and a little more cinnamon.
