Apple-cherry cream
This low-histamine apple and cherry cream offers a great change of pace at the breakfast table. It's quick and easy to prepare.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 1 apple
- 100g frozen cherries
- 50g oat flakes (gluten-free)
- 350 ml water
- 4 dates
- 1 pinch of cinnamon

preparation
- Puree the apple and cherries together with the gluten-free oats, dates, a pinch of cinnamon and some water.
- Then briefly heat it in a pot.
- Arrange everything on a plate and enjoy.
