Apple-cherry cream

This low-histamine apple and cherry cream offers a great change of pace at the breakfast table. It's quick and easy to prepare.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 1 apple
  • 100g frozen cherries
  • 50g oat flakes (gluten-free)
  • 350 ml water
  • 4 dates
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
Recipe

preparation

  • Puree the apple and cherries together with the gluten-free oats, dates, a pinch of cinnamon and some water.
  • Then briefly heat it in a pot.
  • Arrange everything on a plate and enjoy.

For a low-fructose version, you can use apricots, blueberries, and rolled oats, for example, and sweeten the porridge with rice syrup. Our organic berry bars also make an excellent fruity topping.
