Apple and carrot breakfast muffins
With this low-histamine recipe for delicious apple and carrot muffins, you can whip up a quick and satisfying breakfast. Perfect for on the go or for the office.

Ingredients for 12 muffins
- 2 carrots (approx. 150g)
- 2 apples (approx. 150g)
- 300g Gluten-free oat flour (1)
- 80g coconut blossom sugar
- 4 tsp cream of tartar baking powder (1)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 120g apple puree
- 80ml rapeseed oil
- 80ml Gluten-free oat milk (1)
Topping:
preparation
- Peel and finely grate the carrots and apples.
- Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat).
- Add all other ingredients except for the HistaFood grain bars and mix.
- Divide the batter into 12 muffin cups.
- Finely chop HistaFood organic grain bars and distribute them over the muffins.
- Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes.
