Blueberry Jam Bites

Preparation time
20 minutes + 1 hour cooling time
Ingredients for 2-3 people
- 200g blueberries
- 30g chia seeds
- 50g maple syrup
- 200g white chocolate (1)
preparation
- Wash the blueberries and mash them with a fork (if you want it creamier, you can also blend the blueberries in a blender).
- Mix chia seeds, maple syrup and blueberries and let it soak for 15 minutes.
- Stir well after 15 minutes and place on a flat plate with baking paper.
- Spoon the blueberry cream onto the baking paper to form small rounds and freeze for about 1 hour.
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath and coat the frozen blueberry cookies with chocolate on both sides.
- Place it back in the freezer briefly and let the chocolate harden.
