Zucchini pizza with a grain base
A crispy seeded base, fruity vegetable sauce, tender yellow zucchini, and aromatic basil – this pizza is not only healthy but also really filling. And the best part: the base is ready in no time!

Ingredients for one baking sheet
- 1 pack of organic grain bread
- Water (according to package instructions)
- ½ jar of organic vegetable sauce
- ½ yellow zucchini, cut into thin slices
- Organic herb salt to taste
- Fresh basil
- pumpkin seeds
- Optional: a little olive oil for finishing.

preparation

Mix the organic grain bread with water according to the instructions, stir well, let it soak for 5 minutes, stir again.
- Spread the dough onto a baking sheet and pre-bake at 200 °C for about 20 minutes.
- Spread with organic vegetable sauce , distribute zucchini slices on top, season with organic herb salt .
- Bake for another 10 minutes.
- Top with basil, pumpkin seeds and optional olive oil – and enjoy! 🌱
