Zucchini pizza with a grain base

  • Mix the organic grain bread with water according to the instructions, stir well, let it soak for 5 minutes, stir again.
  • Spread the dough onto a baking sheet and pre-bake at 200 °C for about 20 minutes.
  • Spread with organic vegetable sauce , distribute zucchini slices on top, season with organic herb salt .
  • Bake for another 10 minutes.
  • Top with basil, pumpkin seeds and optional olive oil – and enjoy! 🌱
