Winter salad with caramelized chestnuts
Beetroot, crisp lamb's lettuce and caramelized chestnuts – this delicious winter salad is low in histamine, vegan and perfect as a starter or main course.

Ingredients for 1 person
- 150 g beetroot (precooked and vacuum-packed)
- 100 g lamb's lettuce
- 80g chestnuts (pre-cooked and vacuum-packed)
- 1 tbsp coconut blossom sugar

- 2 tablespoons acerola juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
preparation
- Slice the beetroot thinly.
- Wash and clean the lamb's lettuce
- Caramelize chestnuts in a pan with coconut blossom sugar.
- Arrange beetroot, lamb's lettuce and caramelized chestnuts on a plate.
- Mix acerola juice, olive oil and HistaFood organic herb salt to make a dressing and pour over the salad.
