White chocolate mousse with almond brittle
The low-histamine white chocolate mousse with almond brittle is the perfect dessert for shocaholics.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 bar of white chocolate
- 20 g butter
- 2 tsp coconut blossom sugar
- 1 handful of finely chopped almonds (1)

preparation
- Whip the cream until stiff, melt the chocolate in a water bath and carefully fold it into the cream.
- Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
- For the caramel, toast the almond slivers (1) together with the sugar and butter in a pan until everything is lightly caramelized.
- Let it cool briefly.
- Arrange everything on a plate and enjoy.
