White chocolate date mousse

This low-histamine white chocolate date mousse is quite rich and sweet.
But sometimes you just need it, right?!

This recipe is

Preparation time

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 1 cup of cream
  • 4 dates
  • 50ml water
  • 1/2 bar of white chocolate (1)
  • 1/2 pomegranate
White chocolate date mousse

preparation

  • Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, while simultaneously puréeing the dates with a little water to make a cream.
  • Melt the white chocolate (1) in a water bath.
  • Gently fold the chocolate (1) and date cream into the whipped cream and refrigerate for a good 30-40 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds and enjoy.

When buying white chocolate, make sure it doesn't contain any additives you might not tolerate, such as malt extract or soy lecithin. You might find a more tolerable option in an organic food store.
