Good to know

When buying white chocolate, make sure it doesn't contain any incompatible additives like malt extract or soy lecithin. You might find a well-tolerated option in an organic food store.

Cook time

Whip the cream until stiff, while pureeing the dates with a little water to form a cream.
Melt the white chocolate (1) in a double boiler.
Carefully fold the chocolate (1) and date cream into the whipped cream and refrigerate for a good 30-40 minutes.
Garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds and enjoy.
