Warm Asparagus and Potato Salad

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 6 stalks white asparagus
- 6 stalks green asparagus
- 9 potatoes
- 2 spring onions (1)
- 50 ml acerola juice
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Organic Herb Salt
- Cress (here pea shoots)

Preparation
- Peel and quarter the potatoes, then cook them.
- In parallel, chop the asparagus and steam it in a pot with a little water.
- Arrange everything and season with bell pepper, spring onion, acerola juice, olive oil, Organic Herb Salt, and cress.
