Vegan pancakes with maple syrup

These low-histamine and vegan pancakes are super fluffy and quick to prepare.

Ingredients for 8 pancakes

  • 150 g spelt flour
  • 100g applesauce
  • 100 ml plant-based milk (1)
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Coconut oil for frying
  • Maple syrup

preparation

  • Mix all ingredients together, heat some coconut oil in a pan and fry the pancakes on both sides.
  • Arrange everything on a plate and drizzle with maple syrup.
