Vegan pancakes with maple syrup
A delicious breakfast for pancake lovers!
These low-histamine and vegan pancakes are super fluffy and quick to prepare.

Ingredients for 8 pancakes
- 150 g spelt flour
- 100g applesauce
- 100 ml plant-based milk (1)
- 1 tsp cream of tartar baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Coconut oil for frying
- Maple syrup

preparation
- Mix all ingredients together, heat some coconut oil in a pan and fry the pancakes on both sides.
- Arrange everything on a plate and drizzle with maple syrup.
