Sweet Tarte Flambée

Crispy, fruity, and pleasantly sweet. This sweet tarte flambée is a special alternative to classic desserts. With a creamy base and fruity topping, it's perfect for cozy moments or as a highlight with tea.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 250 g spelt flour
  • 100 ml rapeseed oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 6 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 package oat cream cheese (1)
  • 1/2 package baking powder
  • 1/2 apple
  • 100 g blackberries (frozen)
  • 50 g cherries (frozen)
  • 2 tbsp dextrose
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  • Knead a dough from the spelt flour, baking powder, rapeseed oil, maple syrup, and salt.
  • Then roll it out and spread with oat cream cheese (1).
  • Core the apple and cut it into small pieces, then top the tarte flambée with it along with the cherries and blackberries.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at about 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Garnish with dextrose and cinnamon.
