Spaghetti with Ricotta & Pistachios

Ingredients for 2-3 servings

300 g spelt spaghetti

2 tbsp frying olive oil

1 onion (1)

80 g chopped pistachios

100 g ricotta
-
40 g grated mozzarella

Preparation

Cook spaghetti according to package directions

Peel and finely chop the onion

Heat frying olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion

Add ricotta, a little pasta water, and mozzarella

Stir the sauce well and let it simmer.

Drain the pasta and stir into the sauce

Season with Organic Herb Salt

Arrange on a plate and serve with chopped pistachios
