Homemade blueberry jam

This homemade blueberry jam isn't just suitable for a low-histamine diet, it's also incredibly delicious! Try it with a slice of toasted HistaFood organic seeded bread and some butter or cream cheese.

Preparation time

Ingredients for 1 glass

  • 80 ml maple syrup
  • 1 pack of apple pectin
  • 250g blueberries
  • 2 tbsp blackcurrant juice


preparation

  • Wash the blueberries and put them in a pot.
  • Add maple syrup, apple pectin, and blackcurrant juice.
  • Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, then simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
  • Puree with a hand blender and immediately pour into sterile jars, seal tightly and let cool.
