Quick Noodle Soup

Preparation time

Ingredients for 2 servings
- ½ head of broccoli
- 2 carrots
- 100g spelt pasta
- 2 tbsp organic vegetable broth
- 750 ml water

preparation
- Bring 750 ml of water to a boil in a pot.
- Meanwhile, wash and chop the vegetables.
- Mix the boiling water with the organic vegetable broth and reduce the heat to medium.
- Add broccoli, carrots and spelt pasta and cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Let it simmer.
- Serve.
