Quick Noodle Soup

  • Bring 750 ml of water to a boil in a pot.
  • Meanwhile, wash and chop the vegetables.
  • Mix the boiling water with the organic vegetable broth and reduce the heat to medium.
  • Add broccoli, carrots and spelt pasta and cook for 5-10 minutes.
  • Let it simmer.
  • Serve.
