Beef goulash with potatoes
This low-histamine beef goulash with potatoes does need some braising time, but then it is buttery soft and full of flavor.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 250g beef goulash
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion (1)
- 1 clove of garlic (1)
- 1 zucchini
- 2 carrots
- 2 stalks of celery
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- 300ml beetroot juice
- 4-6 potatoes
- Olive oil
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt

preparation
- Chop everything into small pieces, heat a braising pot with a little olive oil, sear the meat together with the vegetables and deglaze with 300ml of beetroot juice.
- Add approximately another 150ml of water.
- Then let it simmer on a low flame for 2-3 hours.
- Then season with organic herb salt . Meanwhile, peel and boil the potatoes.
- Prepare everything.
