Rice Paper Pop-Tarts

Ingredients
- rice paper
- 200 g blueberries
- 50 g rice syrup
- 2 HistaFood Organic Berry Bars
- A handful of chopped almonds
- A little coconut oil
preparation
- Finely chop HistaFood organic berry bars
- Toast the almonds in a coated pan.
- Moisten the rice paper and place it on a plate.
- Top with blueberries, a little rice syrup and berry bar almonds.
- Fold the rice paper over from all sides.
- Moisten another sheet of rice paper and wrap the tart again.
- Heat some coconut oil in a coated pan and fry the tart until crispy on both sides.
- Serve warm or cold, as desired.
