Rice Paper Pop-Tarts

Be sure to try these crispy Rice Paper Pop Tarts as a breakfast alternative, snack, or dessert. So delicious!

This recipe is

Preparation time   

15 minutes

Ingredients  

  • rice paper  
  • 200 g blueberries  
  • 50 g rice syrup  

Rice Paper Pop-Tarts preparation  

  • Finely chop HistaFood organic berry bars  
  • Toast the almonds in a coated pan.  
  • Moisten the rice paper and place it on a plate.  
  • Top with blueberries, a little rice syrup and berry bar almonds.  
  • Fold the rice paper over from all sides.  
  • Moisten another sheet of rice paper and wrap the tart again.  
  • Heat some coconut oil in a coated pan and fry the tart until crispy on both sides.  
  • Serve warm or cold, as desired.

You can also prepare the tart with other low-histamine fruits such as blackberries, apricots, or apples. If you have a fructose intolerance, be sure to choose fruits that are suitable for you.
