Rice noodles with Chinese cabbage

Ingredients
- 400g rice noodles
- 1 Chinese cabbage
- 3 carrots
- 2 spring onions (1)
- 1 clove of garlic (1)
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds (1)
- 5-6 tbsp HistaFood organic Asian sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- Olive oil

preparation
- Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
- Halve the Chinese cabbage, wash, clean and cut into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix the Chinese cabbage with 1-2 teaspoons of salt.
- Let it steep for 10 minutes
- Meanwhile, wash spring onion (1) and cut into fine rings.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic clove.
- Peel the carrots and cut them into thin strips.
- Heat olive oil in a coated pan and fry the carrots until golden brown.
- Wash the Chinese cabbage and squeeze it well with your hands.
- Add rice noodles, garlic (1) and Chinese cabbage to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
- Season with salt if necessary.
- Remove from heat and serve with sesame seeds (1) and HistaFood Organic Asian Sauce
