Ramen Rice Paper Dumplings

Ingredients for 1-2 people
- 125g Spelt Mie Noodles
- 1 jar of HistaFood organic vegetable sauce
- Salt
- 5-6 rice papers
- 50g young Gouda, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (1)
- Spring onion (1)
- Olive oil
Dip

preparation
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
- Then strain, mix with HistaFood organic vegetable sauce and add a little salt.
- Moisten the rice paper and place it on the work surface.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of mie noodles on top and place a slice of Gouda cheese on top.
- Fold in both sides of the rice paper and roll it up.
- Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the dumplings on both sides.
- Wash, trim and finely chop the spring onion.
- Serve the dumplings with spring onions and HistaFood organic Asian sauce.
