Ramen Rice Paper Dumplings

Ramen rice paper dumplings are currently trending on social media! We've adapted the recipe to be low-histamine for you. You absolutely have to try it. 

This recipe is

Preparation time  

20 minutes 

Ingredients for 1-2 people 

  • 5-6 rice papers 
  • 50g young Gouda, sliced 
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (1) 
  • Spring onion (1) 
  • Olive oil 

Dip 

Noodle Rice Paper Dumplings Histamine

preparation 

  • Moisten the rice paper and place it on the work surface. 
  • Spread 2 tablespoons of mie noodles on top and place a slice of Gouda cheese on top. 
  • Fold in both sides of the rice paper and roll it up. 
  • Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the dumplings on both sides. 
  • Wash, trim and finely chop the spring onion.

You can also prepare the Ramen Rice Paper Dumplings vegan by adding vegan cheese (based on coconut oil) or some low-histamine vegetables.
